coordination, manages the technical and commercial issues, and places primary emphasis on your needs.

At LUPTAN, our project managers can relieve you of the burden of key activities, such as:


◼ Develop and maintain a written scope of work;
◼ Develop the project budget on a line item basis;
◼ Risk management and planning;
◼ Develop and maintain a CPM schedule, including critical milestones;
◼ Develop the project execution plan (identify how and by whom engineering, procurement, construction,
commissioning and start-up will be performed);
◼ Resource management;
◼ Cost control management;
◼ Manage procurement of equipment;
◼ Manage contractors;
◼ Monitor earned value & projected cost at completion;
◼ Provide regular project status reports. and traffic. Procurement duties include joint development of bidders list; securing of proposals from various bidders, commercial evaluation of proposals; issuance of all purchase orders and change orders; expediting delivery, coordinating the shipment of equipment to the job site or other predetermined destination; and the issuance of purchase orders covering approved contracts as applicable.

Procurement shall be responsible for expediting the submission of drawings for approval, certified drawings, spare parts list, instruction manuals, and start-up assistance, and such other data required for the items purchased.
